A) Tech Support is available, as always, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
for problems concerning connectivity by calling 697-6710 in Cameron or our
toll free number: 1-866-208-8522.
B) All other tech support issues should be addressed during regular business
hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
C) On site tech support is available and free of charge for those connectivity
issues that cannot be solved over the phone. All other problems requiring
on-site assistance will be billed at $45.00 per hour with a one hour minimum
charge.
A) We have implemented a new spam filter to cut down on unwanted email received
by our customers.
B) You will be able to access your email from any computer with an Internet
connection.
C) We have added an additional level of virus protection which is intended
to work in conjunction with your own version of virus protection.
D) Bulk email by FMB customers is expressly forbidden and will result in
the immediate termination of the account.
FMB no longer does repairs or upgrades of any kind. If you are in need of these services feel free to call us and we'll be happy to recommend someone to assist you.
Most of our systems are automated, and while we monitor them very closely,
an unexpected glitch can arise at anytime. If you experience a problem of
any kind please contact us immediately. You will be notified well in advance
of any scheduled shut- downs for routine maintenance.
